Christ Church has been invited to adopt a local elementary or middle school to provide an after-school tutoring program a few days each week. The purpose of the program is to bring the children to local churches, help the children with homework, tutor them in academic basics, and show them the love of Christ. We are exploring whether there is enough interest in our congregation to participate. If you would be willing to be a tutor in such a program beginning in the fall, please contact Rev. Flynn at 892-9363. |
