3rd, 4th, & 5th Grade 6 Flags Trip
On May 30th the 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders will be taking their annual 6 Flags trip. This trip is open to all students this age that have participated in the Wednesday night Christ Kidz Live Program. As a reward for great behavior all semester we will be honoring and inviting just these students.

How to Encourage Faith in Your Child and Youth
It is estimated that the average family attend church 40 times a year. That means our church leaders have 40 hours a year with children and youth.
MS Service Week

Middle School Service Week will be the week of June 4-8, at Camp Lookout. The Mission week is for students who have completed grades 6-8, and will give students the chance to do Mission and Service work, as well as have a Camp Lookout experience.
Support for Health Care Benefits
Many of our church and/or family members face challenges in securing health care benefits such as Medicare, private health insurance plans, VA benefits, workers comp, Coal Miners benefits, Longshoreman benefits, etc.
Christ's Chauffers
There are members of our congregation who have difficulty finding transportation to various medical appointments. If you would be willing to be a part of our “Christ’s Chauffeurs” ministry, please contact Debbie Hafling at 718-0377.

Pantry Pile-Up
This month the pantry pile-up will be collecting items for the Holston Conference’s 2012 Hands-On Mission Project - Food buckets for Zimbabwe. The following list of items will be used to fill each bucket.
Power of Your Personality
Dr. Cathy Turner will lead a 3week study for adults called The Power of Your Personality during the 8:30 and 10:00 Sunday School hours on May 13, 20, and 27 in the Youth Center.
New Daily Devotional
New Devotional Guides are available in both Atriums. The new devotional covers the weeks between May 28th through August 5th.
Service of Healing
A Healing Service is being held Sunday, May 20th at 12:15 in the Trinity Woodmore Chapel. All are welcome to attend.

Baked Blessings
Baked Blessings, a ministry of Christ Church, is an opportunity for individuals or families to bake cookies or brownies for the homeless.
New Building Addition
How did we ever function without our new building addition? The new Youth Center is rocking! The Commons lets us have two different worship services both at 9:30 and at 11, and it provides a great place for Wednesday meals and other gatherings. Every one of our new classrooms is being used by classes and small groups.
Please be faithful and regular in giving to the Building Fund.
