There are many different opportunities to use your musical talents at Christ Church. From the Adult Sanctuary Choir to the Cherub Choir comprised of the Wee little ones; there is a program that is made for you. Look below for better descriptions of each of our Music Ministries. We will be starting a choir to help lead worship for our 9:30 a.m. contemporary service. We are seeking energetic individuals with a heart for praise and worship. All music will be memorized so that you have the freedom to clap and sing.
Children ages 3 through pre-kindergarten will have an amazing year as they learn to worship God through singing age appropriate songs, moving to music, and playing rhythm games and instruments.
“CHRIST CHOIR” (Middle School, 6th – 8th Grade)– Here’s an opportunity to grow spiritually through music. We’ll do a big variety of music this year, including the use of black lights, instruments, drumming and drama.
The Youth Handbell Choir could be just the thing for students who have an interest in music, like to make noise, and just have fun. The group periodically plays during Sunday morning worship services. 
We will be holding auditions for a new addition to our 11 a.m. worship service on Wednesdays, September 22 & September 29, 7-8 p.m., in the Sanctuary. You must have two years minimum experience, be at least a junior in high school and be able to read music. This group will play in the 11 a.m. traditional service at least once a month. This will be a volunteer orchestra under the direction of Gary Bynum.
The high school choir will gear up for a new year of missions and music on Sundays from 4:30-5:30 PM, beginning August 22. This group is fun, exciting and we become a close family throughout the year as we learn to serve together.
